America’s No Excuses Coach, Fran Harris is an international business expert, entrepreneur , business strategist and life coach who has helped families, teams and organizations crash through self-limiting belief systems and barriers to reach their true potential

A former Procter & Gamble sales executive, championship-level
athlete, inspirational speaker and thought leader, Fran has excelled
in three extremely competitive industries: sports, sportscasting and
sales. So she knows what it takes to break through old paradigms and
habits to become your best. Her forte lies in helping poorly
functioning families and organizations, and underachieving teams cut
through their emotional clutter and fears to create healthy,
harmonious relationships, to achieve unimaginable personal,
professional and athletic success.
Fran is the author of more than 20 books including Will The Real You
Please Stand Up?, You Flow, Girl!, The Intentional Millionaire, It Takes Balls To Lead, and the upcoming, No More Excuses, Period.
She’s a former ESPN, Lifetime Television and FOX Sports announcer who’s appeared as a life coach, and business or fitness expert on NBC’s Today, FOX Business Channel, CNBC’s The Big Idea, CNN Headline News, The Tavis Smiley Show, The Style Network, Comedy Central, Oprah’s Radio Network and many others. Her lively and entertaining expert commentary has been featured in a wide range of publications including USA Today, Black Enterprise and Collegepreneur magazine, which she also founded.
Fran is a certified Train The Trainer and certified personal trainer.
A playwright, stand up comic, engaging television host, producer, director,
and screenwriter, she’s produced over 500 hours of inspirational, non-fiction and sports programming including InspireMeTV, America’s Fitness Show, and Rapper’s Delight.
A member of the Houston Comets’ first WNBA Championship team, she was also an alternate on the 1988 United States Olympic team and captain on UT’s first and only NCAA Championship team in 1986. She is a member of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), creator of Millionaire Business School and co-founder of the Black Millionaires Summit.
Fran’s infinite and passionate message of possibility has been heard in over 30 countries, in corporations, churches, conventions, colleges and schools all over the globe. She is the host of a new show, “Home Rules”, which premiers on HGTV in March 2010.
